It is a great tower defense game with a great way of using the 3D aspect. I just wish the were a little more discs to put guns on.. Very challenging at first, but once you have understand the "best" strategy it's just repetitive. It's quite entertaining for a few hours, though. Considering the low price it's definitely worth a try.The game offers a variety of towers with different properties. For the first few waves / lower difficulties all of those towers have their uses and it's challenging to find a strategy that works.However, the most efficient strategy seems to be to just spam one specific kind of damage-dealing urret and one kind of supporting turret to slow enemies down. This reduces the challange to the beginning of the game (until you can afford those towers) and finding enough room to build enough towers. All difficulties above hard are thus only finding enough space to build the hundreds of towers needed due to the enemies becoming extremly tanky, though there really isn't any more fun at that point.WARNING: for the higher difficulties the amount of turrets needed will significantly slow down the game. My PC exceeds the recommendations by far and the frames will still fall to about 15 fpsAnother thing that ist very annoying is that most towers, upgrades and maps are locked behind some kind of level-system (you earn xp via destroying enemies), so you have to play the game for some time to have access to the towers you need to finish even the first map. Also, the first map you can play is the most challenging. Both points can make getting into the game a bit frustrating because it forces you to lose.Archivements are buggy, for some reason the things you do unlock completely unrelated archivements. Also, finishing a level a higher difficulty setting doesn't grant the archivement for finishing the lower difficulties, even though the only difference in difficulty-settings is the number of enemy waves. Though unless you actually care about such a thing this is of no importance.. Very fun tower defense game! Worth every penny.. Game looks and runs great, but has no ♥♥♥♥ing right being this hard. In order to win I had to stack massive towers of plasma cannons, with multiple turrets and blocks towering across the map like a minimalistic Lego set of a futuristic battlefield. Even when I kept losing, I wanted to keep trying it again. This simple tower defense game evolves over time and becomes shockingly addicting.
